Web based
VoterTrack Constituent is a completely web-based system. Any computer with internet access can access the application without having to install any special software. As a web-based application users from multiple offices or even from home can share information and work case files simultaneously.

Reporting
Managers can monitor the productivity and progress with constituents  through real-time reports. Reports are available on voter support levels, issues tracked, user activity, cases status and response times,  donations collected and expenses tracked by category.

Mail Merge
For those users with Microsoft Office installed, VoterTrack Campaign Manager can link with MS Word and automatically perform a mail merge with selected voters.
